We put a piece of non-woven fabric on the fabric. And on top we beautifully lay small bright pieces of fabric. Add some glue spiderweb. Close the top with a piece of transparent cloth. It can be tulle or organza. We fix all layers with a hot iron. After that, we sew the workpiece on a sewing machine. You can make different things from this canvas.
