Using Leftover Fabrics to make a Scrappy Quilt Block - Quilting Tips & Techniques
Using Leftover Fabrics to make a Scrappy Quilt Block.
This video shows how to have some fun with some leftover fabrics - strips & squares. Using 1 1/2“ strips of fabric to make a 3-strip block measuring 3 1/2“ and some 3 1/2“ squares cut in half for the the corners, these blocks are great for using up many colours as well as possibly varieties of 2 colours for the corners. Great for block swaps too! There are so many ways that this could look great - wall hangings, placemats, table runners, bags, quilt blocks...... Have fun!
