NOTE: Lea SEIDL (née Caroline Meyrseidl in 1895 in Vienna - d. in 1987 in London, UK). Austrian vadeuville and operetta actress in Vienna and in Berlin of the 1920s, she also took part in a few German silent films (Er ist dein Bruder, 1923). Later in the 1930s she emigrated to London, where she performed in the English version of the “White Horse Inn” (1930). Later, she also took supporting roles in several British film productions: War And Peace, 1956; I Am a Camera, 1955 and BBC Sunday Night Theatre, 1950. To her last cinematical works belong “Great Catherine“ (1968) with Peter O’Toole and Jeanne Moreau. Lea Seidl died in London in 1987.
