Today I’m going to show 3 of my favorite yoga poses that I do at home. They are Puppy pose (Uttana Shishosana), Bridge pose (Setu Bandhasana) and Perfect Plow pose (Halasana).
These asanas will help you stretch your back and hip muscles. And believe me it’s better than the gym. This stretch is good to do in the morning.
