3D Modeling & Animation Timelapse - Marina Commission

Longest Timelapse on my channel by far. Part of that is because this commission required quite a bit of extra work most other types would not, but also on top of that, I decided to include more than just the modeling process, and included basically everything from the modeling, setting up scenes, posing, and animation. So, sit down, grab some snacks, because this’ll be a while! I really enjoyed working with this commission. But don’t get me wrong, it was pretty tough. This is the first time I had to make major model and rig modifications to my base model, and that required a lot of work, some of which was outside of what was recorded too just brainstorming ideas on how to tackle certain retopology tasks I had to deal with. Shoutouts to the anonymous person who commissioned me to work on Marina, not only is it a cute design, but it’s also something that helped me learn a lot on how to improve my workflow for complicated commissions such as this!
