Windows 7 Toshiba Fingerprint Utility Fix

This is a very simple error on Toshiba’s part to not properly re-enroll your fingerprints or to successfully remove them. This fix not only only works for the disconnected sensor error but don’t also for the operation failed error in which you scan your fingerprints but are unable to save them.
