POE leveling as if league start Lightning Arrow before

This my PoE build testing before POE where I test Lightning arrow and Artillery Ballista Deadeye. Do note that this may not be the most effective setup for the skills as I use the gear I find. Also remember to check Patch notes for any changes. Damage is really good for a league starter.
