Twisted Metal (2012) Gameplay (RPCS3) (With FPS Overlay) (Multiple levels) (RTX 4090)

I tried to get the game to run at 60 fps but sadly the game is locked to 30 fps even when I select 60 fps in the settings. Computer specs: OS: Linux Mint CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X RAM: 64GB DDR5 6000 MHz GPU: RTX 4090 Recording Software: OBS RPCS3 is at all default settings.
