If you want runny egg yolks you can take the egg out after steaming 4 minutes
If you don’t want a runny egg yolk steam for another 4 minutes
This is an egg that was steamed for 4 minutes
The yolk is runny!
After another 4 minutes
This is an egg after steaming for 8 minutes total
The yolk is firm
If you like firm egg yolks, steam the egg for 8 minutes
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of the egg (optional)
You can also have the egg with soy sauce and sesame oil
