Komodo preys on old wild boars that are still alive and komodo’s strong jaw is powered with serrated teeth that serves to grip and chew prey. The longest tooth can be up to 2 cm. Saliva in its mouth contains several bacterial strains. Komodo is believed ti have a vanom gland.
