This time on Random Remasters we have the testing of Mitsubishi’s 2001 Evo 7 WRC car. The car that many claim, ruined Tommi Mäkinen’s chance to win a title in 2001. The car turned out to be both slow and unreliable and it was also more or less the end of Mitsubishi’s successful WRC period. Team went downhill quickly, losing their star driver Tommi Mäkinen at the end of the 2001 season. After which the team struggled to finish in the points and finally closed down for good in 2007.
