Hospital Egg Week - Victoria Hospital (London?). 1914 - 1918? Child patients; w/ bandaged heads; etc. sit round a table for a meal. 6 kids at table; w/ 2 nurses serving them. There are soft-boiled eggs in eggcups on table w/ this meal. Looks like one of the women picks up an egg cup & stirs it up. Guess this is the exciting week they get to eat eggs. May be during World War One; home front food rationing; not to mention injuries.
