Burgomaster and townspeople of Grammont celebrate raising the siege of the town with this extraordinary festival - cakes and wine with live fish!“ Grammont, Belgium. People gather on hillside in Grammont. Procession walks up steep steps up side of the hill. Men in military uniforms and carrying flags lead the parade.
