DIY: How to make a clothes rack under $20 with PVC pipe

In this video I show you how I make a simple clothes rack under $20 including tax! All the materials I got was from home depot and I even cut the material there. This is an easy project that can help you organize your clothes if you don’t have a closet. Alternatively you can use 4 elbows instead of the caps but the cost will increase.
