What happened to Officer J.D. Tippit | Part-I | Curiousitive!

On the day of assassination of President of John F. Kennedy, Officer of Dallas Police was also killed in Central Oak Cliff area of Dallas. It was for this murder that the suspect Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested. Later, he was also accused of the President’s assassination. The official version of the events that took place during the murder of show some problems which has troubled a lot of people; but, Tippit’s murder has not been as widely discussed as the JFK assassination.
