President Biden broke a ‘clear election promise’ on Putin pledge

US President Joe Biden has broken one of his clear election promises regarding his pledge to stop Vladimir Putin, according to Sky News Digital Editor Jack Houghton. Mr Houghton said the situation is “worsening by the hour” in Ukraine as Russian forces advance into parts of the country. “But right now, what is the world doing?” Mr Houghton said.
