The wellness entrepreneur, Shilpa Shetty, won the GlobalSpa Fit & Fab Fitness and Wellness Icon of the Decade. Meanwhile, the leading star Tamannaah bagged the GlobalSpa Fit & Fab PAN-India Entertainer.
