Full title reads: “London. Record beaten by over 7 seconds. Redcross Street ’B Team’ get to work - run out 3 branches - knock down target - & restow all gear in 1 min 13 2/5th secs to win .’s Challenge Cup - truly London’s smartest!“ London. A fire crew jump off their fire engine. Two firemen use a standpipe to tap into a water main and then attach a hose. Two firemen run forward with their hoses. People are gathered to watch the men compete in an event for London Fire Brigade’s by London County Council. Three firemen line up with their hoses. They are attempting to knock over targets with water. The three targets fall down. The pump on one of the fire appliances is turned off. The firemen then proceed to unhook their hoses and roll them up. All the gear is being stowed in its proper place. The firemen then leap back on their fire engine.
