Much improved (faster, 1 Hz) EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (creative commom)

Mobile phones and other tiny screens won’t work! This is the third version of my “yellow ball“ EMDR videos. version is faster (this was suggested by someone in the comments of the previous version). With the new speed it is much more effective now (my personal experience). 2. the movement of the ball is not anymore curved like a pendelum, but straight from left to right. It’s doesn’t look nice and natural at first glance, but for the purose of this video, it works better and is easier to follow. 3. I included warnigs every 4 minutes that you may want to pause the video to not get dizzy and lightheaded. Still, you should use this video with caution and at your own risk, as in my personal experience, it can be a very powerful tool. Much more powerful than the previous ones due to increased speed.
