L’Euridice, the earliest surviving opera, original version, complete

L’Euridice, the earliest surviving opera, in its original version, as it was premiered in Florence on October 6, 1600, with music by Jacopo Peri and Giulio Caccini, is here performed live with period instruments on October 6, 2000, by students and guests at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, directed by John Walter Hill.
