Tojiro 3 Layer Eco 180mm Gyuto Knife Vs. Tomato

This a is a Tojiro Eco Gyuto straight from the box slicing a tomato paper thin. This is my first “real“ kitchen knife and even though this is the lower end of quality knives the performance is plain amazing.
