[SPOILERS follow below] With “Flow,“ composed by Masayoshi Soken and sung by Amanda Achen, playing in the background, your character walks on a path ahead with the Scions - Alphinaud, Alisaie, Y’shatola, G’raha, Thancred, Krile, Urianger, Estinien, and Tataru - and passes by Emet-Selch, Hythlodaeus, Hermes, and Venat. Venat glances back at you, closes her eyes, and smiles. A blue bird, Meteion, later flies by you, you look at her, and smile. The penultimate credits are The Warrior of Light and your character name.
