Amanullah Khan replaces his father; Habibullah Khan; who was assassinated.(Titles; in German; are rather confusing; they may have reversed the names of the 2 kings.) Many Afghan soldiers walking down street; carrying rifles. Young boys in various ethnic clothing walk alongside. Group of soldiers pose together; wearing ammunition belts both around their waists and criss-crossed over their chests. CU New Amir Amanullah Khan (but identified as his father); also w/ masses of ammo; w/ soldiers. Cut to scenes of aeroplanes taking off in snowy field.
