Beginner Bo Staff - Basic Strikes Follow Along Practice

Follow along with Sensei Michael to practice your basic bo staff strikes. This is a static practice drill, in a relaxed stance, with legs apart a little past shoulder width. We will practice: Overhead Front Strike, 4 Point Combo, Front Thrust, Reverse Thrust, Uppercut, Overhead Rib Strike, Overhead Knee Strike, and Push Block.
