Katherine Jackson Opens Up About Michael’s Legacy

Join us for our ongoing uncut and uncensored interview with Katherine Jackson, matriarch of the Jackson Family, mother to The King Of Pop, Michael Jackson. These interviews were conducted in particular for a documentary that was never released, until now. Segments from the documentary are being released on this channel along with the uncut interviews of all the subjects who participated. In this episode, Michael Jackson’s mother discusses Michael’s desire to be charitable from everything to music and driving around disadvantaged neighbors handing out $100 bills to strangers. Mrs. Jackson reveals that she was unaware that her son was in the Guinness Book of World records for his charitable efforts, but expressed that she knew that her son was giving and this is what he thought about the most. Katherine also shares what it was like having her son at home under the same roof, before he decided to move out to Neverland. She shares her journey of living at the family home in Havenhurst for 41 years. The family first moved to California when Michael was young and then he rebuilt their ranch style home into an English Tudor Estate, because that was mother’s favorite style at the time. Toward the end of this chapter, KJ talks about her sadness when Michael moved onto Neverland, but expresses how much he helped under privileged children by the busload, building hospital beds in the theatre so that sick children could enjoy the entertainment. And finally, Mrs Jackson, shares her shock and delight when Michael married Lisa Maris Presley and eventually moved on to marry Debbie Rowe.
