Traditional Turkish Wedding Stew Keskek | Easy Quince Dessert Recipe
In this week I cook traditional Turkish wedding stew keskek in my outdoor kitchen. Keskek is a traditional flavor made with lamb, beef or chicken meat and wheat and keskek is a meal given in ceremonies such as weddings, engagement, circumcision, and special days in Turkish cuisine. Try this recipe, which is basically split wheat and meat. Also I make easy quince dessert.
