Beastie Boys - Ch-Check it out (Cz-Czech it out Remix)

Selfmade remix. This one is a bit of an experiment. I was looking for a way to make stuff sound like it was scratched. Because i didn’t want to use mouse and keyboard and the FL Scratcher i came up with something different. I linked one of those sliding switches on my Akai Mpd (what are they called, can’t find the word) to the pitch control of FL FPC (the Akai Sampler styled plugin) and voilà! All had to do was hitting the right button and moving the switch up and down. I made this track last year i think. Interesting fact: the remix i based on a heavily chopped and edited song from the Czech Republic i accidently found on youtube. (I can’t remember the name)
