The King and Queen exchanged flowers and gifts with children as Charles resumed public duties on Tuesday 30 April. King Charles attended an appointment at University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre when he was greeted by a young boy and girl bearing him flowers upon his departure. The royals smiled and waved to the media gathered outside the London hospital before departing in a Bentley.
