The Reptilian reincarnation machine was on the dark side of the moon and dismantled many months ago by the Galactic Federation of Worlds. The machine used quantum resonance with etheric implants placed by Reptilians during abductions to trap souls after they passed away on the earth place. The purpose of this machine was to “control“ the souls, incarnating into bodies that were not of their choice.
