No title - Bennett & Williams, comedians. Probably filmed at Pathe studios, London. M/S of one of the comedians dressed as an air raid warden sleeping at his post, the telephone rings and he wakes with a start. His partner comes in and they start a comedy routine including a couple of bad card tricks. He shows him a device to catch incendiary bombs in a horn and blow them out again at the other end.
