Surprised Russian troops come face to face with two Ukraine soldiers

This is the brutal moment two ‘Tik-Tok warriors’ were killed. The men were taken out at close range to the south of Bakhmut. It appears they mistook the Ukrainians for their own comrades. Video shows men of the 3rd Assault Brigade approaching a foxhole. They speak to the man inside, who seems not to realise who they are. When he makes a sudden movement, the Ukrainians open fire. A second soldier even comes face-to-face with his attackers. He pops his head out of his foxhole for a moment. But instead of surrendering he disappears, and is shot. Russian war bloggers say Ukraine is advancing south of Bakhmut. The assault is a supporting operation for the counter-offensive.
