Rajon Rondo goes to Mexico during suspension

WALTHAM -- Speaking for the first time since serving his two game suspension, Boston Celtics superstar point guard Rajon Rondo said he spent his time resting and relaxing in Mexico to get away. It wasn’t clear whether Rondo was joking or not but Rondo did return on Monday for practice and again practiced with the Celtics on Tuesday. Rondo and the Celtics host Kevin Love in the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night at TD Garden.
