Add half of the flour and mix. Pour gradually the warm water until it forms a dough. Knead for at least 5 minutes. Flour your working surface with the rest of the flour and flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin until the dough turns very thin. You can use the sheets to make several kinds of pasta: ravioli, lasagna, fettuccini, cannelloni and more! 🥬🍄 Homemade Vegan Ravioli 🍄🥬 In this video, I made spinach and mushroom ravioli. Mark the dough sheets with your pasta stamp or cutter to know where to add the filling. Add the filling and dab the dough lightly with water to help seal the sheets together. Place a second sheet of pasta over the first one. Press lightly around the filling to remove the air. Cut the ravioli out and knead again the remaining dough to make more. Boil the spinach and drain as much water as possible. Chop it and let it cool down before using it. You can season it or add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté the mushrooms with a bit of olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and dry oregano. Add chopped cherry tomatoes to the pan and some pine nuts. Decorate with fresh parsley leaves. Add 2 tablespoons of cooked spinach to a pasta dish and the boiled ravioli on top. Then add the mushroom mix. --------------------------------- 🤎 WAYS TO SUPPORT THIS CHANNEL 🤎 I am forever grateful for your support!
