Can you pass the #oldmantest?? Here’s a fun little challenge I found on TikTok from nsima inyang & Chris Hinshaw. #SHORTS #OLDMANTEST As funny as it may seem, losing your balance as you get older is a VERY REAL problem. Research has shown the ability to balance on one foot drastically decreases after the age of 60 & coincidentally we also see a rapid increase of falls/injury as we get older as well. Being able to build strength capacity & balance as we are young and maintain it as much as possible as we age is key for living the life you want! So, can you pass the “old man test.”???
