KICKBOXING VS KUNG FU WHITE CRANE | Light(ish) Sparring

Today we meet Kung Fu White Crane practitioner (15 years), Sifu Rob, who showcases three different applications of his kung-fu / free-style martial arts style. With a lifetime of martial arts experience, Sifu Rob has extensive experience in both karate and white crane kung fu. This was my first time sparring someone with so much experience in kung fu, which truly is unconventional relative too western kickboxing and boxing combat systems. It was a true learning experience with surprises along the way!
