이달의 소녀(LOONA): Meet this year’s promotional ambassador for KOCIS

A lot of you guessed correctly! This year’s promotional ambassador for the Korean Culture and Information Service (KOCIS) is the 12-member girl group #LOONA. Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hwang Hee on May 10 officially appointed the group in a ceremony at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul. As the first female act to serve in the role since #KOCIS appointed its first ambassador in 2019, LOONA will work closely with KOCIS to promote K-pop, Hallyu and all things Korean worldwide.
