Evo Morales was welcomed to the Miraflores Palace in Caracas by President Nicolas Maduro on the evening of Saturday, December 5th. Evo is one of three South American former Presidents observing Venezuela’s National Assembly elections on Sunday, December 6th, and was accompanied by Bolivian Senate President Andronico Rodriguez and former Senator Adriana Salvatierra.
