Russia is Scared: Poland Will Deploy HIMARS at Russia’s Doorstep Poland, one of the NATO countries, plans to deploy a number of the United States’ advanced HIMARS rocket systems at Russia’s doorstep. Poland’s defense minister said his country intends to deploy a number of such rocket systems on its territory which borders Russia. The announcement regarding its planned deployment comes after the US Congress approved 500 HIMARS charging modules for the defense of Ukraine. Blaszczak announced that the US State Department has approved the sale of 800 Hellfire missiles for use in helicopter support.
