Rhythm Practice for Lindy Hop & Swing Dance - 6 & 8 Count

Rhythm is the foundation of our dance. The fancy moves, a lot of musicality, even your connection to your partner is difficult without a solid basic rhythm. In this video, you can follow along with the lead and follow footwork for six and eight count rhythm, nice and slow, all song long. Because Lindy Hop switches fluidly between multiple rhythms, we also alternate the 6 and 8 count rhythm.
