RIMPAC | Artillery Raid

Marines from III Marine Expeditionary Force participating in Rim of the Pacific 2016, conduct an artillery raid at Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii July 19, 2016. The raid utilized support from all elements of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force known as Provisional Marine Expeditionary Brigade-Hawaii. The helicopter was flown by Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 463 representing the aviation combat element and Marines from Battery A, 1st Battalion, 12th Marines fired the M777 howitzer.
