Source: On September 8, 2010 Vitas took part in the concert dedicated to the Memory Day for the victims of the Leningrad Blockade (Leningrad was the name of in 1924-1991). He performed 3 songs: “Waltz by Chance“, “I Ask All Saints“ and “Evening Song (The City on the free Neva River)“. Vitas as a singer and songwriter has been known on Russian stage since 2000 and released here 10 CDs. Today Vitas is an artist who has gained popularity outside of Russia as well. This fact is confirmed by his unprecedented tours across the South-Asian region that were held in 2007, 2008 and 2009. His performances took place in the most prestigious and greatest halls.
