The Ming He Quan style - the screaming crane style is named so because of the special technique of sonorous breathing. Rapid intertwining hand movements are combined with short jumping movements and a special breathing technique. The style was created in the late 19th century by the master Xie Zhong Xiang in Fuzhou. Master Xie Zhong Xiang became famous not only in China, but also in Okinawa and Japan. There he became known as Ryu Ryu Ko (pronounced in Japanese the Chinese name Ru Ru Ge). Many styles of Okinawan karate have their origins in this style. Master Ruan Dong is the Vice President of the Calling Crane Committee of Fujian Province and its Cities.
