Southern Fried Catfish Ingredients: Catfish Season All Cayenne Pepper Garlic Powder Onion Powder Black Pepper Louisiana Hot Sauce Crab Boil (dry seasoning) 2 Eggs 2 tbsp of Mustard 2 cups of Yellow Corn Meal 2 cups of All Purpose Flour Directions: 1. Season fish with season all, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, crab boil seasoning (optional) 2.
