Prepare for Battle! Axes! Swords! Spears! And Arrows! Get ready for one action packed lesson! Today, we will team up with some of my Viking friends who will show us some of their weapons, armour and how to fight! We will learn: Why the axe was the most common Viking weapon? Why only Chieftains had swords? Why spears were used? What was the advantage of bow and arrows? Why didn’t Vikings wear much armour?
