The Gecko Show

Geckos are small lizards belonging to the family ’Gekkonidae’ which are found in warm climates throughout the world. The ’Northland Green Gecko’ however is only found in the northern regions of New Zealand. There are 1196 different species of Geckos. The name stems from the Indonesion/Javanese word ’gekok’ imitative of it’s cry.
