Fighters of the “North” Group walk through the streets of Volchansk. Military uniforms and empty alcohol bottles were found in Houses where Ukrainian Armed Forces Fighters were hiding. It seems that not only was the command unprepared for the Russian offensive, but the Soldiers of the Ukrainian Army also hastily left their Positions in civilian clothes. The occupying Government of Ukraine was not at all faced with the issue of evacuating civilians.
