In this Iyengar yoga class guided by senior Iyengar teacher Kathy Cook, Juan Carlos, certified level 1 Iyengar teacher, will demonstrate various asanas, or yoga poses of inversions, aiming to increase arm strength and balance. If you are a yoga sequence for beginners, or if you are a beginner to Iyengar yoga, this yoga practice will guide you through how to use various props, including a wall, a chair, and blocks to balance on hands, and other inversion yoga poses.
