The Icefall Line

One of my favorite lines on my favorite spot – the Aiguilles Croches in Megève, France. A week before the Back to Back Invitational 2019, I wanted to do a warm up ski BASE jumping descent to get a feel for the conditions before ski BASE jumping live during the event. I picked a line off the peak, which I named the Icefall Line – a couloir ending in an icefall hanging off a 350ft cliff. I did the first ski BASE off this line a few seasons ago in bad conditions but wanted to do it again with better snow.
