LYRICS: In a nation divided by notion of class As the division grows, stranger gambits can pass To accumulate wealth giant hands elect men Who can push their agenda - for food in their pen It’s a delicate game when you give ’em the means To instill propaganda meant to run your machine Yeah, power corrupts, you’re no strangers to that But without interruption long cadence makes mad Propaganda to scare with a bordering region Instigate into hate, elevate to a legion Propaganda’s a bleach with a reach that is striking Making brains nice and plain to rewrite to your liking Heh, so if you got a problem With a thing that you made, you can always blame on them Redirect all the rage that you’re silently causing Aim at the scapegoat to fuel the cogs of Propaganda! Can’t you see? It’s Propaganda! In 3D, huh! Propaganda! Shake the tree, yeah God damn, can’t you hear? When you rise to the top there are steps to be made On the heads of the people who just want a pay And the shorter their sight, the longer your rule If they think they control you, they surely are fools Propaganda is born from the cult of the one When you grow so damn big you can blot out the sun When their eyes cannot see beyond your screen of lies Your plot becomes theirs, they forget you’re designed Propaganda’s a pill that is easy to swallow But it’s filled with a poison, crash you down like Apollo Propaganda, an opiate, a feed for your sty Propaganda, consume, still you’re hollow inside Yeah, it’s easier to believe there is a Boogeyman Than accept that you’ve been blind, got an inside man And you knew, you saw that he hatched a plan A design for propaganda from a deep-fry pan But you thought that you’re above it looking through the glass While he sneaked up from behind, caught you by the ass Propaganda! Can’t you see? It’s Propaganda! In 3D, huh! Propaganda! Shake the tree, yeah God damn, can’t you hear? Sure could use a new Wilhelm Tell To pierce the eye of the beast and send the body to hell Selling his shit like it don’t smell You’ve gotten over that old odor, now you can’t tell Who’s the killer - just to hit me Like I’m the killer - fit to hit Propaganda - just to hit me God damn, leave me be
