’Washington is directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine’ - Russian MoD

A Ukrainian official has admitted that the US advises Kiev on HIMARS strikes, and has veto power if it’s not satisfied with the target. The Russian Ministry of Defense cited the revelation as ‘irrefutable proof’ that Washington, contrary to claims from the White House and the Pentagon, is directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine.
